Door Stops
This is Day 7 of the 30 Day Challenge!
Here are a couple of old things I have laying around. The iron belonged to my great grandmother. The old glass insulator was another found object by my father. They had a purpose but I have re-purposed them as door stops.

What a great idea with the door stops! The painting is beautiful and I love the purple flower! Is that lilac? The actual flower looks like lilac, but the leaves are not..

DeleteThere is such beauty in the little bits we can find around our own homes. I have inherited my love of dishes from my grandmother and my mother, so I am never at a loss to find some nice little pieces for a still life. This is wonderful, especially with your addition of the astilbe!
